Processing Time

Each order is carefully inspected and packed before shipping.

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it ships. During busy seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Packaging

Your jewelry arrives carefully wrapped and ready for gifting. We avoid unnecessary plastic and use recyclable materials whenever possible.


Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

Once an order has shipped, Clear Creek Traders is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional reshipment fees.

If your package appears delayed beyond 10 business days from shipment, please contact us through our Contact page, and we’ll gladly help you look into it.


International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the contiguous United States.
