Thank you for shopping with Clear Creek Traders. Each piece of our glass jewelry is handcrafted in small batches, making every item one-of-a-kind. Subtle variations in color, texture, or shape are a natural part of handmade work and are not considered defects.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preference, or sizing.

All sales are final except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and damage

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if applicable.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the issue is confirmed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to damage or defect.


Exchanges

Because all items are handmade and produced in small batches, we do not offer exchanges.
